    I plan on eating nothing but Butterfingers soaked in Dr. Pepper and glazed with Junior Mints for the next 8 days . I MIGHT temper it with some eggs and fruit. And by eggs and fruit, I mean Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and chocolate shaped into Santa’s plump form.Oh yeah….

    those row intervals were not that fun especially since I had some beast next to me banging them out in like under 40 sec, Joe I think he was your friend lol, Gabe maybe??

    Personally, I flipped the switch from non-Paleo to Paleo pretty much out of the blue. I suffered from stomach pains for the first few weeks, which was probably due to the fact that I made such a drastic change to my diet so quickly. Some useful advice that I picked up after I started the diet is to gradually wade your way into the diet, making the change one meal at a time. I think the slower, more gradual change might be the way to go, but everyone’s body is going to respond to the change differently.

    I’m trying to slowly ramp up to Paleo mode so I don’t have serious withdrawals. A little cheat here and there but making sure to not overdue it.

    In other news, how is everybody approaching this last week before the paleo challenge? Do you slowly ramp up into paleo mode, or do you go on a massive non-paleo binge while you still can?
