    Thought the OHS were 86-90% of OHS max so I did that at 130#
    Snatches 90#

    6×3 DL @ 70% + chains

    14:55 85# (RX errrrthang else)

    Deadlift (skipped, deadlifted Thursday)
    WOD: 21:42 (sub strict DB press 45# for HSPU), 95# snatch

    150 snatch, 175 OHS
    365×2 DL. Had to cut the DLs short and skip the WOD. Somehow I spent an hour doing the warmup/EMOM.
