    Good luck guys, kick ass!

I also highly recommend people go check it out. It’s like a big party combined with tailgating combined with incredible athleticism and comrodarie and cheering on our amazing athletes from Southie.

Yooo, I HIGHLY suggest everyone try to make it out to Regionals this weekend:
    – I’m guessing the team is truly appreciative of every single person cheering for them.
    – I don’t know if Southie had the largest presence last year but it sure freakin’ felt like it, and it feels like we have a lot more members than a year ago. Throw on a Southie tee, they just got in some new shirts for Regionals, and rep the hell out of the gym.
    – I keep the same class schedule every week and see mostly the same people all the time. I get excited about events like this because it’s a chance to meet people from the gym that I normally wouldn’t run into.
    – It’s a nice event. Every year I’ve been it’s felt bigger than the year before. There will be a bunch of vendors, clothing and food, and Southie tent will be in full effect.
    – You’re going to see some next level stuff that will make you realize what you do might as well not even be called the same thing that these athletes are doing. But I GUARANTEE you will succumb to the REGIONALS EFFECT. You’ll watch these amazing athletes, knowing full well that you’re never going to be on their level, but you are still going to be inspired to step your own game up. You’re going to get caught up in the spirit and you’ll think of the little things you can do to make yourself better. I guarantee this will happen, which is great because our internal throwdown is right around the corner.

I was baffled by the weak show of hands of people planning to check out Regionals at the 7pm class this week. Let’s do this.
