    Snatch balance – 175
    Heaving Snatch balance – 175 (only got in two sets)
    WOD – I don’t remember exactly, I think it was 24:40. 30 reps of everything except I did pushups instead of dips (shoulder) and 10 HSPU (because that’s all I had in me)
