Nice work Jaime, I wish I could’ve been there this morning to cheer folks on. That’s a sweet WOD for pushing yourself really hard. This was also the 2008 CF Games final workout. Yeah Fenton! Make sure to check the post tomorrow, you and your mean ninny-muggins will be featured. The wod today is really squat clean to overhead anyhow. You can thruster the weight, jerk is not necessary. Get after it brah!
