    The snatch. An elegant movement. The quickest, safest way to get a heavy bar from ground to overhead. Guided by expert instruction from Coach Aaron, the 7am class scrupulously upheld the movement standard.

    Afterward I did 3 rounds of 10 ring dips and 30 double unders. Also, I really enjoyed the warm-up today, thanks for giving me some tools to improve my snatch.

    Amy and Chris, do you know if there will be any vendors at the Garage Games this weekend? There are a few things I’d like to order from Again Faster but if they’re going to have a tent at CFNE I’ll wait and pick them up there.
