First Responders Challenge Update

Melberg has been attacking his weaknesses, looking to help the team repeat this year.

We are looking to rally together any first responders interested in participating in the team challenge held at CrossFit Reebok One in a few months.  The plan is to meet this Friday for a WOD between 1000-1800 and talk more specifics.  The time will be dictated based on what works best for Coach Berretta, as he will be taking the lead with the squad this year, and the time where the most people can show.  Any interested participants please either post in the comments section what time works best or email Officer James Colvin directly at [email protected]

    Goddamn that 7PM is fun.

    WOD: 16:15 Rx
I’m also the max height wall-ball champ of 7PM. It was all the practice I got from throwing the ball as high as I could during ‘2-for’ wall-balls.

I’d love to attend, but I wouldn’t be able to make anything before 6pm.
