I made it an absolute point to get in tonight so that I could do this WOD on behalf of the unbelievable sacrifice that Victoria made even though she knew what she was up against. A true hero without question…

“The bravest are surely those who have the clearest vision of what is before them, glory and danger alike, and yet notwithstanding, go out to meet it.”

    32:58, 5 rounds, 55# and 1p.

Together, both mentally and physically, that was an extremely difficult WOD to get through. It was impossibel to forget the great sacrifice and tragedy that is the backdrop of “Victoria.” I’ve seen this WOD all over the internet, so thanks to the coaches for letting us do it at Southie. And in the words of an emotionally overwhelmed Forrest Gump, “and that’s all I have to say about that.”
