Whitney is both an experienced yoga teacher and personal trainer with a passion for all things health and fitness. She has been teaching power and vinyasa yoga since 2011 and has evolved her teaching style into a combination of strength, flexibility, mobility, mindfulness.. and fun!
As a busy mom of three, Whitney understands how stressful life can be. She believes that decompressing and slowing down is equally as important as delivering an awesome physical practice. Her ultimate goal is to help you learn to move and feel better both in and out of the studio.
