Lauren Ahola

Holistic Nutritionist & 200-hour RYT

I’m Lauren- a nutritionist and yoga instructor on this forever evolving journey to become my healthiest, highest self and help others do the same. My journey started with nutrition, but over the years I’ve learned mindset is where the real results come from. I found yoga in 2010. Coming from a background of running and vigorous exercise, I loved the physical benefits yoga brought to my life. Over the years, yoga shifted from a physical practice to more of a spiritual and emotional journey. In 2015 I completed my 200-hour teaching training at Yoga Six in San Diego, CA. Returning to Boston in 2018, I completed an extensions teaching training course at Core Power Yoga. I believe yoga is a constant journey that helps us to become better on and off the mat. I hope to leave you feeling physically challenged and emotionally inspired.

Here is the description of our class:

Core Power Fusion

A powerful and fun heated vinyasa flow that will have you leaving in a state of bliss. We will intertwine breath, mindful movement, and core work that will challenge your mind & muscles as we strengthen, tone, & find a deeper sense of ourselves. Expect vibing music, badass instructors, and to expand out of your comfort zone.
