Kimberly has been involved in the fitness world since 2001. Over the years, Kimberly has garnered knowledge of integrative nutrition, yoga, meditation, Pilates, barre, HIIT, strength and conditioning, cupping and Thai yoga massage.

Her philosophy for creating optimal health lies in the balance of three pillars: Training, Nourishing and Healing the mind and body. Outside of the studio, Kim can be found gardening, spending time with her son and daughter, or playing with her puppy, Kevin, at her home in Hingham.
