    185×1 ties a PR. Tried 190 four times. reeeaaaaalllly close.
    WOD – 11:05, 10 strict HSPU, 115#. The 10 strict HSPU are a big victory for me. Haven’t done 10 total in my life up until today.
    Conditioning – completed with Serge. Not sure it would be classified as a “Sprint” but we got through it.
