-Max Effort Goat 2
*If it is a strength you are working up to a 1RM. If it is gymnastics you are doing a max effort set. For muscle-ups, if you can do them, maybe 15 to 30 mups for time. If you are still learning muscle-ups then spend 20 minutes trying to get one. For running or rowing you are doing a time trial- 1 mile run for time, 2k Row for time.

    Warm-up: done
    Goat work: 180# squat snatch – 5# PR
    Deadlift: missed because I was trying to snatch 190#
    AMRAP: 3 rounds @135# w/ 7 bfly c2b – grip was shot
    After-party: squats with Nick and Joe, front squat up to 245×3

    Testosterone was flowin’ and thighs were showin’ at 6am. Short shorts were in abundance and there wasn’t a female in sight. Schurko is such a trendsetter.

    GOAT: did some dragon flys and strict TTBs then did 2 max effort sets of 21 TTB and 14TTB.
    DL: 355# across
    WOD: 3 + 3 at Regionals. Forearms are shot.
