    Crossfit is obsessed with variance but there have been two CROSSFIT CONSTANTS for me at Southie:
    1. Jill M will always be in class.
    2. She will always crush me in the WOD.
    Shouts to her tonight for doing the wod Rx.

    (I looked at the Rx weight and said no way, while Jill said bring it on, smh.)

    Mostly a good day. Going to copy Mike’s number bullet format:

    1. Before class started I successfully got 10 linked kipping pull ups for the first time. Was VERY happy about that!

    2. Box Squat: 225×3 – Totally shattered my PR by 30lbs. Couldn’t have been happier. Thanks to Nick for pushing me to go another round. I was going to stop and be content at 215.

    3. WOD: 15:38 at 80lbs. This didn’t go well for me. Thrusters were fine. Snatches are definitely a major goat of mine and are just going to take some time.

    4. Tonight I successfully attained not 1, but 2 of my 24 goals for 2013 tonight! 10 linked kipping pull ups and a 225lb box squat. I’ve also already attained my 160lb push press goal and 145lb thruster goal. 4 down, 20 to go!

    5. No I am not anal, just data-oriented. : )
