Front squat: 235, 255×3 w/1 set of chains
WOD: 5:30 – those burpees sucked

Warm-up: done, did 40 dubs EMOM so 200 total in the 5 mins.
Strength: 225 w/1 set of chains
WOD: 5:38 – thrusters were a breeze – need to work on doing burpees more quickly/efficiently
