    3 rds each alternating – just around 2 minutes a round
    5 thruster (165)
    10 power cleans
    15 pistols
    30 double unders

    Strength – 245 + 4 chains x 2
    WOD – 5:08 eh

    5 min dubs: 262
    Front squat: 235, 255×3 w/1 set of chains
    WOD: 5:30 – those burpees sucked

    Warm-up: done, did 40 dubs EMOM so 200 total in the 5 mins.
    Strength: 225 w/1 set of chains
    WOD: 5:38 – thrusters were a breeze – need to work on doing burpees more quickly/efficiently

    256 DU’s (not feelin’ it today), up to 265×4 with one set of chains, 4:44 metcon.

    Did a little chest swellin’ up with Jimbo and Dudley for after party, up to 230×5 Bench press + 2 drop sets
