Due to the simplicity of the first two Open Wods we were able to wing the heats during the Sunday retests.Β  Due to the more complex nature of this WOD, we are going to make official heats, as we did with all the Open WODs last year, to ensure everything runs smoothly.Β  Please post to comments here, before Friday at 1PM, if you will be participating on Sunday.Β  We will post the heats on Saturday.Β  Also, due to the long duration of the WOD, we ask that everyone does their best to make it in Sunday or Thursday to complete the WOD.Β Β  Thank you!

No rest between the different movements. Your score is your lowest number of reps during the 8 work intervals for each individual movement.

    I’ll be there on Sunday raising money for the “Buy Phil Dudley a Functioning Alarm Clock Foundation,” as Phil seems to be having trouble getting to the 5:30 AM classes. I’ll also be spreading awareness about the overall badass nature of the 5:30 AM class.

    215 x5 front squats…PR (former 1 RM was 205!!)
    WOD: 18 rx ..my first Tabata so that was interesting.
    Also, http://www.EatLocalFish.com local business in southern Maine I thought some might be interested in checking out…she posts on facebook and via email newsletter when her boat(s) are coming into port, what fish are available for sale. You order, she ships to you next day…talk about fresh, and local!

    Tabata – 19Rx (didnt pace myself on the pullups or pushups…bad idea)
    12.3 – 276 rx (presses got heavy, TTB got slow…what a tough workout)…Wish i could do it again sunday but not around. Good luck!!
