    195# OHS. PR. I was a little too excited – I ripped the handle right off the PR bell. Worked with Tony and Nick on the platform. Pretty sure we were 3 for 3 on PRs.

    WOD – 12:32 RX. Legs are jelly.

    Got 3 muscle ups after class. Got 2 yesterday. I’m now comfortable saying “I have muscle ups”.
