St Patty’s Day Parade!

Only one class at 8am today. Kegs and eggs at our Place afterward on the parade route.

1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

For time.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

1/2 mile Run
50 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
150 Squats
1/2 mile Run

    Thanks a ton for such a great Opens 1 Comp! CrossFit Southie knows how to put on a super event. Ya’ll are great! Had so much fun. Looking forward to more in the weeks to come.
