    snatch grip press: 95, 105, 115
    snatch grip push press: 155, 175, 195, 205, 215 – probably had a bit more in me

    front squat: 215, 245, 255, 265
    row/run: 3:19, 3:26, 3:40

    Warmup done

    2 position snatch. @ 110 felt good. Technique is getting much more solid and consistent

    Snatch grip press @ 95
    Snatch grip push press 185 failed 1 attempt at 190
    Front squat 185 up to 200 worked on keeping my chest and elbows up

    Wod: splits were all 4:10. Just slow runs after all the sprints yesterday
