How often do you get sick??

Boom, Boom, Pow-erhouse!

I hope that I don’t jinx myself when writing this, but it has been exactly one year since Chris and I have been sick. This was never the case before CrossFit or before omitting grains, dairy and legumes from our diets. This means that we made it through all 365 days of 2010 without any missed days of work due to the sniffles, headaches, stomach flu, ect. Pretty cool! Eat well, sleep well, and crossfit regularly and your quality of life will improve dramatically. Another reason to participate in the Paleo Challenge!!
