I’ve been gone on vacation only a week but it feels like a month! Can’t wait to get back in it tomorrow morning. If anyone’s interested I will be working out after classes tomorrow at 11 if you want to work on skills, extra mobility, extra strength work, etc. You can treat it as an open gym session.

Today was incredibly humbling for me (which may have been a good thing?). Thanks crossfit southie for reminding me of my weaknesses. Those last 6 pull ups are going to haunt me until I come back! Congrats to those that finished RX; I will be buying a jump rope for my vacation.

Yes! I’m so glad pullups are included for my last (summer) WOD at Southie. :'(
