Another Paleo Challenge??? Who’s in??

Yes. Back by popular demand we are having a Paleo Challenge. This time it will only be a 30 day challenge. Starting Saturday, August 27th we will be taking baseline measurements. The gym will be closed this day for the level 1 certification, so we will be be meeting down on the track by castle island. Your baseline benchmark will be the classic 1 mile run. Β If you did not take part in the original Paleo Challenge, there will be a lecture given on Wednesday, August 17th at 7pm in the back of Southie Green. You need to be present at this lecture if you did not take part in the previous challenge. We will be using the same point system as before, except for more than 2 servings of alcohol (wine and tequila) it is considered a cheat per serving thereafter. Since this challenge is much shorter the winner we be determined more heavily on compliance than last time. There is a $20 buy-in due on/by August 27th.

The Paleo Challenge starts 30 days before the Garage Games. This is not a coincidence. If you have not already signed up for the CFNE’s Firebreather Festival on September 24th and 25th, get moving! These spots are going to sell out fast. A Paleo Challenge ending with a competition, if that isn’t going to push you to become fitter than ever, I don’t know what will. Β Sign up for both and the rest is easy. You will not regret it.

    I think I am going to do a zone lecture too Joe. I think a lot of people want to try both for the 30 days.

    Kelsey- How about you just stay ?? πŸ™ But of course you can do it from New Orleans.
