If you have been following the CFS Blog, you will notice that on Thursdays the general class programming will include classic CrossFit benchmark WODs. The WODs can be found ahead of time on the Google calendar. Thursday is the toastie scheduled rest day but if you guys want to jump in to general class and hit the benchmark, we encourage it. Be sure to take a day off from the toast, but make sure you aren’t skipping out on your weaknesses.
