The Southie Showdown on November 9th and 10th is our biggest event of the year! Judging is a great way to help out the CFS team and to get to know more people in the CrossFit community. We will do a run through of everything you will need to know, so no worries if you have never judged before. We really need all the help we can get to ensure that this is the event that everyone talks about.       Man, your concept of “a little bit” is vastly different from mine. 1.5 miles, 126 KB swings, and 74 pull-ups!
