    225×2, 30 lb PR but haven’t done hang PC for strength since 4/30/12.
    6+1 on the WOD. This wasn’t a lung burner but wore me out.

    C&J went up pretty easy. I probably should have bumped up the weight a bit. C2B were super slow. Pull ups are not my friend. *Sigh

    My first 530 class, awesome group of dudes and 1 dudette. Certainly makes the morning at work better!

    205×2 and 225×1, hit it once 3 separate times, just couldnt link two together.

    5+6 for the WOD, love the heavy CJs!

    Had to break up 215, so call it 205 officially. I don’t dont these nearly enough.

    6 full rounds.
    Had to go to the split jerk earlier than I expected, this was heavy for me. CTBs saved me here.

    Mark “Henry” Rollins rocked some huge numbers today and killed the WOD, nice work!
