There will be no Saturday 11am class this week or Saturday yoga. There will be Sunday yoga with Kim!

Competitors, events at CFNE are starting at 11:30. They have a lot of competitors, so there will be more heats than usual. I told Ben and Mat that the Southie crew will there by noon. I believe that they plan on posting heat assignments before the event.

    Heats are up on CFNE’s site, should be short and sweet! ok, not really sweet, but short and painful ๐Ÿ™‚

    Up to 195×3, 205×2 for OHS. 9 something for the ADV metcon.

    Good luck to all the competitors tomorrow! Hit it hard for 5 minutes!

    If anyoneโ€™s interested, thereโ€™s a VT farm with awesome grassfed beef, pastured poultry and pork that I always buy from when Iโ€™m in VT that is starting up a Boston Buyers club. You place an order with them and they drive down to Boston with the order and you pick up at a central location. Their first drop off is this Sunday.
