So I still can’t do a muscle up but managed to grab a 20lb PR on the front squat.

WOD didn’t keep track of time cause I made attempts at muscle ups.

Front Squat: 210×1 (PR by 10lbs…totally psyched!)
WOD: Let’s just say that I barely managed to finish before the 6pm class started. I had to stop twice to tape up a finger that started bleeding (on my very first power clean no less!) after scraping up a cut I got during the throwdown. And I decided that this was a good WOD to just give it my all in trying C2B pull ups with no band, which took a bit of time…and at least 2 per each round were very sketchy.
Two days in a row of nice PR’s during strength but then feeling all worn out during the WOD. Gotta fix that…
(Trying to give Barrow a run for the money in my post length)
