    thruster: 115×2
    Alec WOD: 6 rounds +100m @105# and 28″BJ

    Box jump: 50″ (43″ in oly shoes, if that counts for anything)
    WOD: 17:38, assisted pistols. Upholding the swing standards from Regionals is a bitch. I no repped myself a few times.

    Back squat: 225×3, 235×1
