
The Paleo Brunch is today at 29 M street apt 1 (The Colvin’s) starting at 11am. If you did not sign up that is totally okay!! We are going to have a feast, we bought sooooooo much food. Please come and hang out with your coaches and fellow members and enjoy the paleo spread. Friends and family are welcome. Just bring $5-10 with you to contribute to the groceries. (Strict Sets)
Pick a weight and stick with it for all 5 sets. Do not ascend in weight for each set. Do a couple of warm up sets, but do not count those towards your 5 sets. The weight chosen should be 85-90% of your 5 rep max. If you don’t know your 5-rep max, don’t worry about the strict sets, ascend in weight to find your 5 rep max.
