Goosedaddy will be opening the box up at 5:30am for you early birds to get your WOD on.  Formal classes will be held at 6am, 7am, 9am, 11am & noon.  Night classes – 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm.  All classes will be held in Southie Green
