    Snatch: 135 -165×1
    WOD 1: 9:44 @reg (tried to pace front squats with Hassell, was happy to get the 15 unbroken – a few bro reps from Brownie helped!)
    WOD 2: 14 something, forgot the exact time. That was a mental grind after the first wod.
