    Didn’t have a chance to hit this WOD.

    Ran 1.5 miles to the bottom of G street. Then did:

    4 rounds
    200m hill sprint
    10 burpees

    Didn’t time it….but almost booted.

    Hang Squat Snatch up to 175. 185 for 2 twice but couldn’t finish that 3rd rep from the hang. 8 +4 Adv on the WOD. CFGames here we come!
