We’ve all been there. Just keep showing up on Pull Up day. They will continue to get easier.

I love the looks of this WOD; definitely saving this one for later. If only I hadn’t stayed up to watch the Pats!

FWIW:
Front squat 165
WOD L2 13:28
Pull ups killed me, but it was my first time doing pull ups in a WOD (not sure how I’ve avoided them this past month!), so they can only get better from here. I gotta get that kipping rhythm down…I felt like a fish on a hook flailing around under that bar…

Hey Alec! Hope to see you back soon! Back injuries are the worst! fun times this a.m., especially the part when my callus ripped off part of my hand π

Since no one else is commenting…
5×5 back squat @235. Started at 135 a couple of weeks ago after injuring my back and rehabbing by adding 20 pounds a workout. Back up to really heavy again soon.
12min, every minute on the minute: 5pwr cleans @135, 5 pushups. Slowly working back into heavy metcons again too. Feels good to be back at near 100%.
