    Strength Complex: 165lbs…and a new PR of 165lbs on push jerk! Looking forward to absolutely crushing my 170lb split jerk PR next time we do those…

    WOD: 15:55 L2 This one was really tough for me. Seems I can do cardio just fine in the heat but barbell work does me in!

    Besides the push jerk PR, biggest accomplishment of the day = learning to flip the hand grips around so they don’t interfere with the barbell work.
