    dips: 24, 16, 11 – MUs onto the rings
    squats: 325 across
    deadlifts: 445 across
    splits: 47-50, 4th split was only one at 50.2

    Squats 315 across
    Deads 365-405
    Row: 48-46-49 had to coach and couldn’t finish, rowed 1k to makeup for it

    deadlifts; up to 245, kept light due to form sucking.

    8,10,5/295(only did two reps last round I was pooped)/335(maybe should have gone heavier seemed very easy. Don’t remember my splits but they were ugly

    Warmup done
    Ring dips. 3 5 2. (Going to be working a lot on this goat in 2014)
    Squat. 225.
    Deadlift. 300. Weight felt a lot easier then it used too. Have some technique work to do, had a rounded back on way too many reps..not cool

    Rowing: 45 47 50 52 50.

    ring dips: 38, 15, 9 – did MUs onto the rings, completely gassed out after the first round

    squats: 265
    deads: 335
    rows: splits between 48.2 and 49.9
