Warm-up
20 Jump up step down box jumps
Calf stretch right side 1 minute
10 Burpee Box jumps
Calf stretch left side 1 minute
10 Box jumps rebounding at the bottom- with full stand

10 split jerks concentrating on bar path and foot position

-Stretch shoulders for 3-5 minutes

Strength
Snatch Pull
3-3-3-3 @90%

After each set complete a 25 foot handstand walk

Open WOD 13.2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
115,75 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
115,75 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 24″,20” box (full stand)

Partner up and judge each others reps.

    snatch pulls: 175#
    13.2: 223 – -2 reps from last year.. starting to think i should’ve done the step up route.. oh well, at least it wasn’t cold out this morning

    snatch pulls: 175# – handstand walks for days
    13.2: 289 – 14 rep improvement from 2013, was shooting for 300 but I’ll take it for a freezing Friday morning
