Squat snatch: 60 (Nothing but completely embarrassed. My shoulder has been feeling pretty good these past few werks so, really I have no excuse.)
    WOD: 11:14 65/ red band x2.

    Squat Snatch: 165×1
    WOD: 15:41 L2

Really want to hit 175#, it’s coming. Made a lot of attempts at it. Got under it, hung out at the bottom too long and couldn’t get out of the hole. I was up on my toes on all subsequent attempts. WOD was ugly, was exhausted.

i’m blaming how hard this was for me on jet lag/vacation. πŸ˜‰
    1RM 70# (PR by 5#)
11:14, 55# (somehow this felt SO heavy) and red band (kept switching back & forth b/w red and skinny purple; should have just stayed with red)

the strength was squat snatches not squat cleans right? 135# squat snatch, had 145# just couldn’t stabilize and didn’t feel like wearing it!
wod 10:21 95# OHS i concur they sucked, and bb on bar still can’t get arm to cooperate.
seeing as we’re struttin PR stuff, papa schurk (me for the uninitiated) hit 415 DL x2 last week, can i get some love???? serious props to all the PR’s keep killin it southie

Hah! I noticed when you posted that deadlift. I was jealous, 400# deadlift has been a goal of mine for years at this point.

Easily the hardest/worst day I have had CFS in two years. I know I can do better. I just mentally fell apart. Thanks to coach Nick D., Joe, and the rest of the 5:30 class for cheering me on. Next time…

Yes a big CONGRATS to everyone! That 1RM C&J list has to be the longest list of PR’s I’ve ever seen here. Let’s make it even longer when we retest!
I’m just back from an 11-day business trip in Europe and can’t wait to get back tomorrow and see all of my CFS buddies! I will probably need the entire weekend to recuperate from the WOD.
And another big CONGRATS…this one to Joel on his very well-deserved Member of the Month award!

Squat Clean: #95 sharing a platform with Chris and worked technique
WOD: L1 DNF At 8:05 and I was just finishing my second set of pull ups. Brutal combination for me. On 9/2 for strength my OHS was 105×3. #95 felt very heavy.

STR: 95 lb. (kept it light to work on my technique)
    WOD: 15:17 Rx

The WOD is angry today, my friends.
165 is a 10# PR (even though I put 160 on the board, baby brain)
9:31 and every second of those OHs felt like forever.

155# squat clean. Took me (3) attempts to get 135#, then got 155# first shot.
