Paleo Challenge

A lot of members have approached us about starting the Paleo Diet. The Paleo diet is very popular and effective amongst CrossFitters. If you want to become leaner, stronger, and faster the Paleo Diet is for you. You can learn all about  Paleo on December 11th, at 11am. We will be giving a lecture on the Paleo diet and the hormonal effect of food. The lecture will prepare you for the Paleo Challenge.

The Paleo Challenge will begin on Saturday, January 8th and continue for 12 weeks. During the 12 weeks the challenge is to consume only meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. We ask that you record your food intake daily, especially your cheats!! On January 8th we will be recording a series of baseline measurements.  Further details will be discussed during the lecture on December, 11th.

    Fun working out with the 5:30 class today. Up to 210×1 on PP, failed at 220×1, should’ve gone for 215.

    11:58 on the WOD. I hate wallballs.
