Join us for a FREE Yoga Class to introduce our newest instructor Lauren Champagne!

This will be a “Warm Feel Good Flow” class that moves and stretches your body in all the right ways. It is focused on listening to your body, moving at a pace that feels good, and taking time to genuinely enjoy your yoga practice.

After this first free introductory session, Warm Feel Good Flow with Lauren will take place every Wednesday at 6:30PM!

🥇First place goes to @miltjr who was so dedicated to the challenge! He had almost perfect points & lost 20# 👏🏼

🥈Second place goes to @heatherblaine! Heather PR’ed all three benchmark workouts & kept everyone motivated to keep earning points up until the last day of the challenge 💪🏻

The arrival of spring brings a shift in energy that is a big contrast to winter hibernation! This class will celebrate spring with a 45 minute invigorating hot power yoga flow and then ease back into our winter roots with restorative yoga, reiki, and gentle touch. Using lemongrass and lavender aromatherapy, guided meditation, and our magical yoga powers, we know you’re going to leave feeling balanced and relaxed.
