*If you signed up to participate, make sure to show up early and warm up. The time you signed up for is the start time of either your heat you will be in or the heat you will be judging. If you did not sign up already, you can still participate. The 9 and 10 and 11 slots are full already but if you show up at 11 we will fit you in before noon and you’ll be out of here by 12:30. You do not need to fund-raise to take part.*
So far, collectively as a team, CrossFit Southie has raised $9,524 to benefit The Special Operations Warrior Foundation and the CrossFit Foundation! WOD “Fight Gone BAD”
In this workout you spend one minute at each of five stations, resulting in a a five-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for three rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower, where each calorie is one point.
The stations are:
- Wall-ball, 10 ft target (20,14) (Reps)
- Sumo deadlift high-pull (75,55) (Reps)
- Box jump (20) (Reps)
- Push-press (75,55) (Reps)
- Row (Calories)
