    humbling workout tonight….

    snatch: worked up to 170. not that heavy for btoast but a PR for me.
    hbbs: 295 across. 315 last minute

    Squat: up to 315#
    WOD: 11:49 @ games – after rd 1, it was tough to keep the hook grip when dropping the weight back to the hang position
