There will be no Sat and Sun classes.  Come by and support your athletes at the Southie Showdown.  Friday PM classes will be held at 4pm,5pm & 6pm in Southie Green only (no 7pm green class).  Orange classes at 330,430,530 & 630pm classes are cancelled to prepare for the throw-down.  We could use some help throughout the weekend if you haven’t signed up to volunteer already.  If you are free, stop by the box and help set up on Friday or email [email protected] for weekend help.

    WOD: #115 C+J & 30 singles (no rounds missed!) -> L2ish

    need to step it up and work on dubs tho…

    WOD: L3/a mix of dubs and 40 singles. 1 round missed.
    I lost the dubs tonight. I blame this on my epic fail or not continuing to practice especially after to totally nailing them the other night.

    135 x 3 140 x 2 Felt pretty good.
    WOD 105 with 30 singles. Missed 3 rounds all by 2 singles. No good.

    Dub warm ups – first time I strung 5+ together. Got so excited, I messed it up.
    85×3, 87×2
    70#, started with 10 dubs and switched to 40 singles. None missed.
