***Paleo Challenge Peeps- We are meeting at the track at 5:30pm for the mile run, and final measurements. If you can’t make it to the track you can meet there with a partner at a different time or run 2 800s instead. I will be taking measurements until Friday. Make sure you write down your paleo scores on the paleo scoreboard so we have a winner by the end of the week. Looking forward to the results.***

There is a heaping pile of unclaimed goods in the lost and found.   Please check it out and see if anything is yours.  Anything left after Friday will be donated to Goodwill.

Schedule Update – Starting this week, we will be adding a 3:30 Friday All Levels class.  Hopefully you can all get out of work a little earlier on Fridays and hit up CFS.
