CrossFit Games on ESPN2


*Important* Reebok has chosen CrossFit Southie as a photo shoot location for some of their new gear. As a result, classes this Thursday night in Southie Orange are canceled. Southie Green classes are still on and have been changed to ALL Levels.  The 4pm open gym has also been changed to an All Levels class this Thursday.  We will be doing a team WOD, which will not require much equipment so there will be plenty of room to fit everyone that attends. There will be no cap on class sizes or pre-registration required for Thursday night. It’s going to be a lot of fun. Think Saturday team WOD mid week, sick!

Upcoming Events

  1. Fight Gone Bad– This Saturday! Remember to sign up at the front desk for a WOD time. You do not need to fundraise to take part. We encourage you to make a donation, but again it is not a requirement, to do that please click here.
  2. Paleo Brunch- This Sunday! If you are planning on attending please sign-up on the sheet at the front desk. You can either contribute $5 or a delicious Paleo Dish! The brunch starts at 11am at the Colvin’s: 29 M street apartment #1.
  3. Garage Games- We are still looking for Garage Games coaches and volunteers! Judges do not have to take a test or be level 1 certified…all you need is to be competetant ; ) If you are interested in helping out on September 24th and 25th please email [email protected] or just sign up on http://www.thegaragegames.com/. Judges get free Reebok shwaggg, head to toe! It will be a great experience!!
  4. One Year Celebration- I sent out an Evite to all Southie members for the party on October 1st. If you did not recieve the Evite please email me and I will send you one.
