The rest of the world is finally getting it….

I clicked on this link out of curiousity; I thought it was going to be another stupid ad that was going to try to get me to eat all of the wrong foods once again. I could not have been more wrong. This video is long, but it has a lot of great information and is a great thing to show friends and family….especially those who want nothing to do with that crazy crossfit thing you do and that silly paleo diet.     Who is that good looking guy in that picture?? I don’t know him, but I’m pretty sure he is the coolest person ever. In fact, I feel cooler myself, just having looked at him.

    I need to give a shout out to Linda who works her booty off every morning and gives every WOD her all! ! I cheer her on and she did the same for me last week during those damn med ball runs. We are all in the same boat when we get into the box no matter what level we are at, it’s never easy. Crossfit is all about community and I love that! Linda said to me today, I really just want to get better. Well, thats all you can ask for if you keep pushing. So I think she is awesome. That’s my corny Crossfit story for today πŸ™‚
