Class Registration

Leases Pieces!

To prevent overcrowding during busy class times, we are now requiring class Registration for the 6pm and 630pm classes during the week. * Reminder*  If you are showing up for the weekend classes you should also be preregistering.  If you show up unregistered, and there are already 20 people in the class, you may be asked to sit out and wait for any openings in the next class.  We do not want to discourage anyone from coming. If you are on the fence about coming to class last minute, please come. We will more than likely be able to fit you in and if the class happens to be full, there is another one only a half hour later, which means more time for mobility. Again, class registration is a measure to prevent overcrowding in order to make everyone’s experience better. We understand that 6pm and 630pm are convenient times for most of you and we are working on a solution. In the interim, by putting caps on class sizes, hopefully some of you will disperse into the 5:30pm, 7pm, 7:30pm and morning class times, which have a lot of space.

Pre-Registration is simple. Just click on the Class Registration tab above and the class schedule will pop up or simply click here.  Just click on a class you would like to preregister for and then using the email you provided us when you first signed up and the password we sent you, login and register. If you don’t have this information, please resend your e-mail to [email protected] and we will get you set up. You can register for classes anywhere from a week in advance until right before the class is about to start. Class reservations may be canceled up to 6 hours  before the scheduled class. Please note: if you register for a class, it is your responsibility to show up, the class is counted towards your membership either way. Let us know if you have any questions.

*Important* Reebok has chosen CrossFit Southie as a photo shoot location for some of their new gear. As a result, classes this Thursday night in Southie Orange are canceled. Southie Green classes are still on and have been changed to ALL Levels.  The 4pm open gym has also been changed to an All Levels class this Thursday.  We will be doing a team WOD, which will not require much equipment so there will be plenty of room to fit everyone that attends. There will be no cap on class sizes or pre-registration required for Thursday night. It’s going to be a lot of fun. Think Saturday team WOD mid week, sick!

    5 rounds L1 (95 lb, K2C, 15 HRPUs, 40 singles+10DUs)

I am so bad at DUs. I think my rhythm is all off. So frustrating.

The paleo challenge has been a disaster so far, but starting today I’m going to get +6 everyday. Watch out, CrossFit Southie!

7 +1 ADV. 117″ seems to be my sweet spot for jump rope length.

If you need any toddler models, let me know. Maddie is really strong already.
