Don’t scale up. Go heavier on the EMOM and the strength. Test your engine on the WOD, get more rounds.

    185 across – 225 w/1 chain each side. Then did Mondays class WOD with Dudley – 5 rounds, 400m run, 3 muscle ups (scaled to bar mups), 6 squat cleans @ 165#, and 9 box jumps. 23:00.
