EMOM: up to 375 (mostly 335/355 though) and 1.25 pood KB’s
WOD: 15:43
– MUP’s (did them on bar with red band for 1st 3 rounds and red/purple for #4).
– Bear at 185

Strength – got up to 335# on the DL, and used little ol’ 1poods for the jumps.
WOD – Did 3 bar MUPs per round, 165# Bear, 14:45ish.
