Did the CrossFit Opens and the NorthEast Regional make you eager to compete?
Yeah, me too!   Great news, we will be hosting one of the three North East Garage Games events and all ability levels are welcome and encouraged, as their will be scaled versions of the WODs.  You can choose to participate in the Southie event only or all three events.

Garage Games Northeast One: CrossFit New England, Sept 17th & 18t h
Garage Games Northeast Two: CrossFit Milford, October 8th & 9th
Garage Games Northeast Three: CrossFit Southie, November 12th & 13th

    I’ll be doing the Mobility cert too!
    yea todays’ WOD was rough, well it did involve running…..
    155# on the Front squat and WOD time 17:11 Rx
    a couple guys in the a.m. banged this out in 12 min and under, what?!!!!!
