Due to the Endurance Cert, we will only be running one box this weekend.   Classes today will only be held in Southie Green at 8am,9am,10am, 11am, 2pm and 3pm.  Open gym will only be permitted from 12-2pm.

4 Rounds
100 foot Walking lunge with 45lb/25lb plate held overhead
30 Box jumps (24,20)
20 Wallball shots (20,14)
10 Handstand push-ups

Level 2- 3 Rounds
Level 1- 3 Rounds (20/10/5)

    Crazy improvement, Nick! 30:59 Rx. I accidentally did 5 rounds. FML. My little hobbit legs will be feeling this mistake all week.

    26:53 pike push ups – everything else RX

    Super pumped about this WOD. I am 100% sure I did this before with 25lb plate, 24in box, blue ball, and pike push up. On a Saturday with Lando coaching. It was miserable and I remember it taking 40 to 50 mins. I need to dig up the time.
